Consultation
Your in-home consultation is to get the process started. This is a meeting of the minds to learn what needs and wants you envision for your outdoor space as well as an exchange of information and ideas from our design experts. We also will be taking measurements and pictures of your property. The consultation is usually a 1-2 hour process.
Design, Bid, & Permitting
Designing your outdoor space is our next step!
Once design is finalized and approved, we send it out for bid to get accurate pricing. Then, a final quote along with the design is reviewed with you. After we have received an executed contract, we begin the process of securing permitting for your dream outdoor space.
Materials
Before construction can begin, permitting your engineering and construcion design must be secured. During this 3-6 week process, it is highly recommended to select and finalize all your finishing materials as not to delay the construction process.
Construction
After obtaining necessary permits, your assigned project manager will coordinate the construction process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless transition between construction phases.
